ABMA Encourages Investment in Emerging Leaders Through 2026 FEIBP Congress
Program offers funding support and global exposure for next-generation industry talent
The American Brush Manufacturers Association is encouraging member companies to invest in the next generation of leadership by participating in the upcoming FEIBP Congress 2026, scheduled for September 22–24, 2026, in Lyon, France. The initiative follows remarks delivered at the association’s recent Annual Convention, where industry leaders emphasized the importance of developing future talent—not only for individual companies, but for the long-term strength of the global brush manufacturing sector.
Building Global Perspective
The FEIBP Congress provides a platform for emerging professionals to engage with manufacturers, suppliers, and innovators from across international markets. For companies—particularly multi-generational and family-owned businesses—the event presents an opportunity to expose rising leaders to broader business environments and global perspectives.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
- Establish international relationships across the brush industry
- Gain insight into global market trends and operational practices
- Develop leadership capabilities in an international setting
- Represent their organizations on a global stage
- Return with new ideas, connections, and strategic perspective
Financial Support Available
To support participation, ABMA will provide funding of up to $1,000 per selected participant. The contribution may be applied toward:
- FEIBP delegate registration and a portion of travel expenses, or
- FEIBP delegate registration and spouse/partner fees
The program is designed to reduce barriers to participation while ensuring meaningful professional development outcomes for both individuals and their organizations.
Limited Participation
ABMA will accept the first five qualified participants who commit to attending the congress. Member companies are encouraged to nominate emerging leaders who are ready to take on expanded roles within their organizations and the broader industry.
As global supply chains evolve and international collaboration becomes increasingly critical, initiatives like FEIBP participation are viewed as a key investment in long-term industry resilience and growth.
