Perlon Announces Management Changes
Perlon® has announced changes in management as CEO Florian Kisling has decided to leave the company for personal reasons with immediate effect.
Matthias Peter and Kamil Grzelak have taken over the management of the company as Co-CEOs. Mr. Peter was previously COO of Perlon® and has extensive operational experience. Mr. Grzelak has been with Perlon® for many years as the managing representative of the shareholder. In this role, Perlon® said he has been instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of the company and has been closely involved in its implementation. “This combination of in-depth Perlon® knowledge, strategic perspective and implementation experience will ideally complement the management team,” the company said in a statement.
In addition, Lena Haubrich will assume the position of Chief Sales Officer (CSO). With her many years of experience at Perlon®, most recently as Global Head of Marketing and Product Management, the company said she will make a “significant contribution to further strengthening our sales orientation and continuing the successful path of the Perlon® Group together with the management team.”
The company said that outgoing CEO Kisling has “continued to develop Perlon® with great commitment and provided important impetus even in challenging times.”
Under its new leadership team, The Perlon® Group said it “remains committed to pursuing the same customer-focused corporate strategy and to continuing as your reliable, innovation-driven business partner.”
