Interclean Amsterdam 2026 Set to Reconnect the Global Cleaning and Hygiene Industry

Global cleaning and hygiene professionals will converge at RAI Amsterdam for four days of innovation, live experiences, and industry leadership during tulip season.
The world’s leading trade event for cleaning and hygiene professionals, Interclean Amsterdam, will return to RAI Amsterdam from April 14–17, 2026. Timed to coincide with the peak of Europe’s tulip season, the upcoming edition promises a forward-looking program centered on innovation, collaboration, and practical, real-world solutions for the global cleaning and hygiene sector.
Guided by its international Advisory Board, Interclean Amsterdam continues to evolve in step with industry priorities. The event’s content and on-site experiences are shaped directly by the professionals who design, manufacture, and deploy cleaning and hygiene solutions worldwide. As Advisory Board member Martin Stolz of INPACS notes, the show reflects the collective ambition of the industry itself—developed through collaboration from initial concepts to the final visitor experience.
Expanded Live Experiences and Interactive Zones
Interclean Amsterdam 2026 will introduce its most hands-on program to date, with expanded live and interactive experiences designed to translate innovation into practice. Dedicated experience zones will focus on Hospitality, Robotics, Outdoor Cleaning, and Healthcare Cleaning, offering visitors live demonstrations and applied insights they can take back to their operations. The Outdoor Cleaning Experience will again be a major draw, highlighting the latest advancements in façade, exterior, and window-cleaning systems through live, in-action demonstrations.
Knowledge Platforms Take Center Stage
Education and knowledge exchange will remain a cornerstone of the event. Four dedicated stages—the Data & Tech Stage, Sustainability (ESG) Stage, Main Stage, and Health & Hygiene Stage—will host a continuous program of expert presentations, panel discussions, and product demonstrations. Topics will span digitalization, automation, sustainability strategies, regulatory developments, and emerging health and hygiene standards.
Innovation, AI, and the Road to 2030
Innovation will be front and center through the House of Awards, where the Amsterdam Innovation Award program will spotlight twelve of the most promising new developments from across the global cleaning and hygiene industry. Looking further ahead, the AI Cleaning Lab will explore what the industry could look like by 2030. Bringing together students, start-ups, and established experts, the lab will focus on next-generation solutions powered by artificial intelligence. These concepts can also be explored virtually within the Hospitality Experience Center, offering a glimpse into future applications.
A Visitor-Friendly Layout Returns
Also returning in 2026 is the Interclean Full Circle—a three-kilometer circular layout designed to guide visitors efficiently through the full 75,000 square meters of exhibition space. The format allows attendees to experience the entire breadth of the professional cleaning industry without missing key segments.
A Truly Global Industry Gathering
With more than 900 exhibitors and an expected 30,000 visitors from over 120 countries, Interclean Amsterdam remains the largest and most influential global meeting place for cleaning and hygiene professionals. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore new technologies, sustainable solutions, and product launches while connecting with manufacturers, distributors, contract cleaners, facility managers, and international thought leaders. Beyond the exhibition halls, the event is renowned for its distinctive atmosphere, which seamlessly blends business with culture through live music, art installations, DJs, and VIP networking events that reflect Amsterdam’s vibrant creative energy.
