Hahl Inc is located in Lexington S.C. USA.. Hahl Inc is focused on the manufacture of Synthetic bristle (Nylon 6, Nylon 66, Nylon 612, Nylon 610, Polyester PBT and PET, Polypropylene) for brush applications. The available diameter’s from this product group is .006” > .120”.

Synthetic abrasive bristle (Nylon 612, Nylon 610, Nylon 6), with Abrasive grit (Silicon Carbide, Aluminum Oxide, Ceramic). The diameters available from this product group is .020” > .075”.

Hahl Inc also manufactures a full line of Monofilament products to support Advanced Technical Textiles and PMC market segment’s.
Polypropylene, Nylon 6, Nylon 66, Nylon 12, Nylon 610, Nylon 612, Polyester PET and PBT, PVDF, High Density Polyethylene on single-end spools.

Hahl Inc sells all of the innovative products from Germany. This line of products includes Anti-static Nylon 6, Conductive Nylon 6, UL94V0 Nylon 6, PEEK, PPS, HT Nylon, Metal detectable PBT, Fine diameter synthetic bristle Nylon 6, Nylon 66, Nylon 612, Polypropylene, (.003, .004, .005).

• Innovative abrasive products, AbraMaxx® a high-heat resin (300⁰ / 150ᶜ) with superior abrasion and bend-recovery (compared to Nylon 612) with Diamond abrasive grit.
• Multi-Fil product line, available in abrasive and non-abrasive recipes. Has been developed to maximize wiping / cleaning / polishing for mainly industrial applications in wide-face brush products.
• Fine diameter (.006” > . 020”) abrasive with small grit sizes (#1000 > #400) in Silicon Carbide and Alluminum Oxide.
