FEIBP Congress 2025 Participants to Engage in Collaborative Experiences
From LEGOS to Pizza-Making, “No Federation is an Island”-Themed Event Offers Hands-on Moments to Reinforce Teamwork, Creativity
The European Brushware Federation (FEIBP) has announced two creative sessions to reinforce the spirit of teamwork, creativity and shared identity–essential ingredients for any thriving federation–as part of the 65th FEIBP Congress, set to take place October 8-11, 2025, in Ischia, Italy.
After exploring leadership in Ireland and company ecosystems in Ibiza, FEIBP said the third chapter of the event will allow participants “to dive into what binds us through a LEGO Serious Play workshop and a unique pizza-making team-building session with a real Neapolitan pizzaiolo.”
“This year’s theme – No Federation Is an Island – invites us to reflect on the role of FEIBP as a connector, a facilitator, and a shared space for our sector’s future,” FEIBP said in a statement. “Through creative and hands-on moments, we’ll co-create ideas around how the Federation can best serve its members and how the Congress itself can evolve as a space of strategy and collaboration.”

How to imagine the “ideal” FEIBP island
How future congresses (FEIBP & ABMA) can support this vision
🍕 In the pizza-making session (Friday 10 October morning), guided by a Neapolitan pizzaiolo, participants will engage in a hands-on, collaborative experience that reinforces the spirit of teamwork, creativity, and shared identity – essential ingredients for any thriving federation.
