Nexstep Commercial Products Adds Customer Service Specialist
Jennifer Finley joined Nexstep in July 2024 as a customer service specialist. She attended Kent State University where she majored in Political Science. Prior to Nexstep, she worked at McGregor Metals in customer service. Finley is originally from Columbus, Ohio, but moved to Springfield, Ohio, four years ago. Outside of work, Jennifer loves to hike, work out, and watch movies. Most importantly she cherishes spending time with her family, including two kids and five grandchildren!
Finley is very excited about starting with Nexstep. Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Erin E.
