Perlon® can look back on a fruitful participation at the largest trade fair for technical textiles in North America held May 17-19, 2022, in Atlanta, Georgia.
All in all, the Techtextil fair can be classed as a success, despite having a lower attendance than previous years. Perlon® made new contacts for potential business in the future and held important discussions with existing customers. Relevant topics were current raw material prices, global availability and business forecasts for different end applications. Perlon® was able to welcome visitors to its booth from all sectors of industry, such as aerospace, automotive, apparel, but also energy and household goods.
There was great interest from customers in our AntiStat, heat resistant (PPS) and flame retardant (FireRetard) filaments as well as ElasTer and our Green Line range. Our standard PET, PP and PA monofilaments were also topics for discussion.
Thanks to our large product portfolio, our innovations and our global positioning, we are optimistic about the future and look forward to developing new markets and business opportunities.
