Bill Toto Appointed Plastics Technology Sales Manager at Boucherie USA
Boucherie USA is pleased to announce the appointment of Bill Toto as Plastics Technology Sales Manager, leading commercial growth initiatives and customer partnerships across the medical, consumer, personal care, and industrial plastics markets. As part of a planned leadership transition, Bill will assume responsibility for injection mold tooling activities currently managed by John Williams, who will retire at the end of this year after more than two decades of dedicated service to Boucherie USA and its customers. John will continue working closely with Bill to ensure a smooth handoff and uninterrupted support for customers.
Bill brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across the medical device, consumer, automotive, and manufacturing sectors. Throughout his career, he has successfully driven growth and innovation by leading engineering, maintenance, operations, and global supply chain organizations ranging from startup facilities to complex multi-site manufacturing operations. A seasoned commercial and technical leader, Bill has extensive expertise in injection molding, extrusion, automation, assembly, tooling, and process development. His background includes serving as a Technical Account Manager and engineering leader, where he built strong customer relationships while delivering manufacturing solutions that improved quality, productivity, and profitability. He is also highly experienced in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, with specialized training in Master Molder certification programs, SolidWorks, and Moldflow analysis.
In his new role, Bill will help customers leverage Boucherie’s advanced high-precision, multi-cavity, multi-component, injection mold solutions to achieve their production and business objectives.
