Beth Spencer Promoted to Director of Customer Service
Nexstep Commercial Products is pleased to announce that, effective immediately, Beth Spencer has been promoted to Director of Customer Service at the company’s corporate office.
Spencer most recently served as Customer Service Administrator and has also held positions in Accounts Receivable and Human Resources. Her broad experience across the organization gives her a strong foundation for leading customer service initiatives and supporting Nexstep’s continued commitment to its customers. Spencer grew up in Cass City, Michigan, and attended Western Governors University, where she studied Business Management. She currently resides in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, gardening, photography, and baking. While she does not watch much television, she makes an exception each summer when Shark Week returns!
