Caroline Schroth Appointed Vice President of FEIBP
Caroline Schroth of Rothlaender GmbH has been appointed vice president of FEIBP, the European Brushware Federation. In announcing the appointment, the federation cited her extensive industry experience, commitment to the European brushware sector and vision for its future.
Schroth outlined a focus on building deeper cooperation among FEIBP members, expanding shared knowledge and developing partnerships that support innovation and strengthen the industry’s European voice. “I still remember and value the strong ideas behind our vision for FEIBP: No man, no country, no federation is an Island,” Schroth said.
Drawing on her upbringing near the northern coast, she described the federation as a source of guidance for its members. “Growing up close to the northern coast, I have always liked the idea of FEIBP as a lighthouse: offering orientation in turbulent waters and helping us navigate change together.”
Schroth said the community FEIBP has developed provides a foundation for more collaborative work. “Over the past years, FEIBP has built a strong European brushware community. Now it is time to move from connection to creation,” she said. “For me, that means turning these connections into deeper cooperation, shared knowledge, new partnerships, innovation and a stronger European voice for our industry.”
In her new role, Schroth will work with the federation’s board to advance those priorities. “As Vice-President, I am very happy to work alongside Simon and our Board in shaping this next chapter — and in turning the strength of our community into action.”
