Brush industry manufacturers, suppliers, friends and family are mourning the loss of Nathan Thomas Zappola, Director of New Product Development for The Mill-Rose Company, who passed away on Wednesday morning, December 30, 2020. He was 74 years old.

The Clean-Fit Products division of The Mill-Rose Company has introduced Blue Monster® OXY-Clutch, a new specially-formulated thread sealant for high-pressure, pure oxygen piping systems. OXY-Clutch is PTFE enriched and provides superior sealing characteristics, is inert, non-corrosive and non-flammable, and contains no VOCs, silicone or hydrocarbons. This unique thread sealant has an effective temperature range from -320°F to 450°F (-196°C to 232°C) at pressures up to 2,600 PSI (180 BAR). Blue Monster® OXY-Clutch is tested for Autoignition Temperature according to the stringent standard of ASTM G-72.

The Mill-Rose Company has announced the cancellation of the Annual Golf Outing that had been schedule for June, 25, 2020 in Cleveland, Ohio. It would have been the 60th anniversary of the annual event.
