Nexstep Commercial Products, Exclusive Licensee of O-Cedar, is pleased to announce that Erin E. Busch has been promoted to vice president sales and marketing. Busch joined the company in 2010 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. She has held various sales and marketing positions at Nexstep; most recently she was the national director of sales and Marketing.
Deco Products Company has hired Jordan Thompson as a quote specialist. Thompson previously was a marketing and sales intern at Deco before taking the job as the new quote specialist.
Thompson grew up in New Market, Alabama, with his parents and six siblings. He moved to Decorah, Iowa, four years ago when he started college at Luther College. In the spring of 2021, he graduated from Luther with a bachelor’s degree in management.
Deco Products Company has hired Eric Smedsrud as HR Recruiter. Smedsrud was previously working as the marketing and sales intern at Deco before being promoted to the human resources position.
Smedsrud started his career at Deco in 2018 when he worked in production. He worked at Deco for three months during the summer in-between his freshman and sophomore year at college. He came back in August of 2020 and held the marketing and sales intern position for ten months until he got offered the job of HR Recruiter.

Casto’s background is in retail sales and prior to joining Nexstep, he worked at Best Buy for 17 years in various positions including customer service, sales, merchandising, warehouse lead and most recently inventory control manager.
Preparing for increasing growth in all lines of business, Abtex, LLC. has promoted Christian Donovan to Vice President, Operations. Donovan started with Abtex in 2016 bringing with him an impressive record of achievement in complex manufacturing serving automotive, military and medical markets.
David McGee on top of Lost Mine Peak (elevation 7,500 ft) in Texas
The PelRay International Company has announced that sales manager David McGee will retire at the end of the month after 35 years with the company. He was recruited by Ray LeBlanc in 1986, and became the branch manager of Amex International’s warehouse located in Laredo, Texas. When Amex’s Laredo operations were relocated to San Antonio in 2007, McGee continued to work in sales and logistics for Amex alongside LeBlanc and Bart Pelton.
Hillbrush, the UK’s largest manufacturer of brushware and hygienic cleaning tools has appointed experienced industrial designer David Lintern to lead the company’s new product development program.
With more than 20 years’ experience in product and industrial design, the majority in the cleaning sector with well-known names such as Numatic and Addis, Lintern’s role will include re-developing Hillbrush’s existing cleaning tool ranges as well as leading the company’s new product development plans, particularly in the area of specialist cleaning tools.
