Registration is Open for 66th FEIBP Congress in Lyon
European brushware industry event set for September 22–24, 2026, with all-in-one congress registration and hotel booking
Registration is open for the 66th FEIBP Congress, which will take place September 22–24, 2026, in Lyon, France, at the Novotel Lyon Gerland Musée des Confluences. The annual congress will bring together members of the European and international brushware community for industry connection, inspiration and networking. The 2026 event is being organized by Brosserie Brenet, which is offering attendees an all-in-one registration process designed to simplify both congress registration and hotel booking.
Through the registration form, attendees can secure their congress participation and request hotel accommodations in just a few steps. Brosserie Brenet has negotiated discounted room rates at both the Ibis Lyon Gerland Musée des Confluences and Novotel Lyon Gerland Musée des Confluences, with the organizer handling hotel booking and payment directly. Attendees only need to select their preferred hotel option during registration.
No payment is required at the time of registration. Due to technical constraints, tickets may appear as “Pay at the Door,” but attendees are asked to disregard that notation. Invoices will be issued by Brosserie Brenet after registration and will include both congress and hotel fees. Payments must be made to Brosserie Brenet by August 1, 2026. Participation fees for the Brush Forum and Innovation Award will be invoiced separately by the FEIBP Secretariat.
Hotel rates include taxes and breakfast. Available rates are €170 per night for single-use twin/double rooms and €190 per night for standard two-person twin/double rooms at the Ibis. At the Novotel, rates are €200 per night for single-use twin/double rooms and €220 per night for standard two-person twin/double rooms. Brosserie Brenet will book rooms for the period of September 22–25, 2026. Attendees wishing to extend their stay should contact the hotel directly.
Registration for the congress will take place at the Novotel from 16:30 to 18:30 on September 22, followed by a welcome cocktail and dinner at 19:00. For attendees arriving on September 23, the registration desk will be open from 08:00 to 08:30.
The participation fee is non-refundable for cancellations after August 1, 2026. Cancellations received before that date are fully refundable.
