Our client, the brush manufacturer, knows that while purchase price is very important, total cost is more significant. Their production department is very happy to open the MFC carton because they know that the material packed in those cartons runs well in their machines. Because their equipment will have fewer problems, their throughput is maximized and the cost per brush is minimized.
In addition, the consistently good quality means that there will be less material waste and less rejected finished goods. MFC’s customer knows that with every order that they give us, they will receive the type of fiber specified and that their marketing department developed for their client, and included in their catalog, product label and packaging. This allows them to rest easier in the knowledge that they do not have to worry about potential liability in providing a brush with improper material in it.
