Old West Brands Acquires Champion Brush Product Line
Old West Brands, a division of Old West Industries, Inc., has acquired the Champion Brush business from Hillbrush, with the transfer taking effect June 23, 2026. The transaction includes the Champion Brush product range, remaining inventory, the Beasties trademark and the Winner’s Circle brand. Champion Brush has long been recognized in the equestrian market, particularly for its grooming brush lines and stable-related products.
Old West Brands said it intends to continue developing and growing the Champion Brush business, building on the brand’s history and reputation with equestrian customers. The acquisition also expands Old West Brands’ existing portfolio of equestrian and grooming-related product lines, which includes Wright-Bernet and Desert Equestrian.
The company said customers can expect the same commitment to quality products and service throughout the transition.
