Brown launched her career as an ERP specialist working for an aerospace company in the US where she implemented Global Shop Solutions’ ERP software and oversaw its use and development for three years. When she decided to move back to her native country, Global Shop Solutions hired her to launch their new UK operation, which also serves Ireland, Europe and Africa. She soon began overseeing implementations for new customers and quickly advanced to operations consultant and project manager.

Brown also led the way in building an international team with the experience, expertise and knowledge to support customers in Global Shops Solutions’ growing European markets.

As U.K. Project Manager, Brown oversees new ERP implementation strategies, schedules training for new customers, assists with change management and works closely with new customers to ensure successful ERP implementations. With current customers, she performs operational checks and assists them in implementing more sophisticated ERP capabilities to continuously improve their manufacturing and increase ROI.
